**Description**:

- Examiner les instructions de réassurance fournies par l'équipe de souscription ;
- Résumer la valeur de la prime de réassurance à payer dans notre système de suivi des paiements et confirmer qui doit recevoir la prime à payer ;
- Identifier si cette entité/fournisseur existe dans notre système ERP pour émettre le paiement ;
- Si ce n'est pas le cas, assurer le suivi avec l'équipe UW afin d'obtenir les informations requises, y compris les coordonnées bancaires, etc.
- Surveiller le suivi des paiements afin d'identifier le paiement à effectuer et assurer le suivi avec UW afin de s'assurer que nous disposons de la documentation appropriée (facture, accord signé, etc.).
- Fournir une mise à jour au responsable de la réassurance en charge du suivi du processus de paiement.
- Préparer la demande de paiement dans l'ERP
- Assurer le suivi avec les banques pour garantir le respect des délais de paiement.

Réassurance, comptes fournisseurs, comptabilité, oracle fusion, tableaux croisés dynamiques excel, analyse financière.

**Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires**:
Une personne au sein de l'AP ou un analyste souhaitant travailler avec l'équipe de réassurance et l'aider à mettre à jour ses systèmes.

**Description**:

- Reviewing reinsurance instruction provided by the underwriting team;
- Summarizing the value of the reinsurance premium payable into our payable tracker and confirming who need to receive the premium payable;
- Identifying if this entity/supplier exist in our ERP system to issue the payment;
- If not, to follow-up with the UW team to obtain the required information including banking detail etc.
- Monitor the payable tracker to identify which payment is due and follow-up with UW to ensure we have the proper back-up/documentation support (invoice, signed agreement etc).
- Provide update to the reinsurance manager in charge of monitoring the payment process.
- Prepare payment request in the ERP
- Follow-up with banking to ensure payment on-time
