Summary of duties
Oversee all methods activities related to the on time delivery and quality of our product.
Assumes responsibility for the development and implementation of effective methods department planning, policies, and procedures.
Assumes responsibility for the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of methods functions.
Effectively supervises assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management.
Make sure the health, safety and environment rules and policies are effectively followed and maintained.
**Exigences du poste**:
Experience: 4 or more years of relevant experience. Previous lead hand or recent supervisor experience is an asset.
Education: Bachelor's Degree /High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training preferred.
Other Skills: Well-organized, planning and time management skills, quality oriented, problem solving & leadership skills.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of production, procedures, standards and knowledge of Quality Control Standards and systems.
Languages: Ability to communicate in French and English.
