Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Methods Supervisor to join our team at Safran Cabin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all methods activities related to the on-time delivery and quality of our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective methods department planning, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure the efficient, timely, and accurate completion of methods functions.
  • Supervise assigned personnel, ensuring optimal performance and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Company personnel and management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of production procedures, standards, and Quality Control Standards and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment rules and policies.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of relevant experience, with previous lead hand or recent supervisor experience an asset.
  • Bachelor's Degree / High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP system.
  • Well-organized, planning, and time management skills, with a strong focus on quality and leadership.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English.
