Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative student who can troubleshoot computer issues and who can work as our Social Media specialist. As a Social Media, website and computer expert, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. you will also help improve our website and our local listings and SEO. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital presence and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Duties**:

- help with day to day computer issues in our network of computers
- improve our online presence by completing tasks to improve our SEO.
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform content creation
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives
- Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing assets for social media posts
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
