Mechanical Project Coordinator

**Position Overview**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage projects to deliver each project on time, within budget and scope
- Ability to oversee multiple projects
- Maintain, nurture and grow the relationship with clients involved with the project(s)
- Fully understand and manage the technical, regulatory, commercial and contractual requirements of projects
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Coordinate with site construction Foreman
- Frequent project review and progress reports
- Strong project documentation skills for record purposes
- Comply with standards and procedures of industry, Safety Manual, and abide by safety rules set out in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in identifying and preparing proper materials, equipment and tools required for new and existing project.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
**Qualifications**:
Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:
- Proven ICI experience working within the mechanical contracting industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Requires strong interpersonal skills to manage the team, the client and external parties
- Any other certifications are considered an asset

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
