**Job Purpose**

Provide back-up support to the Customer Service Department by answering customer calls to ensure achievement of department service levels

**Responsibilities**
- Data Management_

Use the order entry system for new/existing customer data maintenance, new/existing uniform programs, and searching account history (such as products, orders, and returns)
Manage and monitor the “Pending orders report” / To Do list weekly. Issue credits to customer accounts, document and follow-up appropriately.
- Administration_

Reviews, verifies and enters data into standard customer order systems in a timely manner to ensure order delivery.
- Support Customer Service_

Provide support to customer service as needed by answering incoming customer calls.
- Client & Customer Management (External)_

Makes outbound calls to customers and or sales to verify information, clarify order information or gather missing information.
- Client & Customer Management (Internal)_

Coordinates expedited shipments with DC help desk, follows up appropriately with impacted partners / customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Escalates issues to management and other appropriate partners as necessary.
- Work Scheduling / Allocation_

Responds to given priorities by determining own work schedule on a daily basis.

Data Entry Clerk
- General Experience_

Previous order entry or data entry experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Managerial Experience

Attendance is an essential function of the job.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
