Campus and Internship Experience Advisor

The People & Culture team is looking for a Campus & Internship Experience Advisor. In this role, You will take part in our talent attraction strategy by managing the recruitment process, shaping the internship experience at Behaviour, and promoting our brand across campuses.
You will have the opportunity to work with people across our areas of expertise to find and build the next generation of talents in the video game industry. Are you game?
**In this role you will**:
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for our internships using Lever;
- Work with our Communications team to organize Campus recruitment events at the studio;
- Support cohorts of interns and their managers through the different phases of the internship (onboarding, integration, objectives, performance evaluation, career discussions etc.);
- Manage the process of converting interns into permanent employees;
- Act as an ambassador of the employer brand during the different Campus recruitment events and as contact-person for our academic partners;
- Participate in discussions related to initiatives designed to improve and deepen the talent attraction and retention strategy;
- Implement strategies designed to improve the program in terms of talent attraction, internship experience, and processes;
- Produce reports and presentations to showcase results of the Campus program.
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or in another related field (atypical profiles are welcome);
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and to collaborate;
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize time;
- Ability and desire to navigate ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written;
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational development is a major asset;
- Previous experience in project management is an asset.
**Dans ce rôle, vous devrez**:
- Assurer de manière autonome le cycle complet du recrutement pour nos stages en utilisant Lever;
- Co-organiser des évènements de recrutement Campus au studio, en partenariat avec notre équipe des communications;
- Supporter les cohortes de stagiaires et leurs gestionnaires à travers les différentes phases du stage (accueil, intégration, établissement des objectifs, évaluation de performance, discussion de carrière, etc.);
- Gérer le processus de conversion des stagiaires en employé.es permanent.es;
- Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur.drice de la marque employeur en participant à différents évènements de recrutement Campus et à titre de personne-contact auprès de nos partenaires académiques;
- Participer aux discussions en lien avec les initiatives visant à l’évolution et à l’approfondissement de la stratégie de l’attraction de la relève;
- Implémenter les initiatives destinées à améliorer le programme, tant au niveau de l’attraction des talents et de l’expérience de stage que des processus;
- Créer de rapports et monter des présentations faisant état des résultats du programme campus.
**Ce que nous recherchons**:
- Baccalauréat ressources humaines ou tout autre domaine connexe (les profils atypiques sont les bienvenus);
- Facilité à établir des relations interpersonnelles et à la collaboration;
- Capacité marquée à prioriser et à organiser son temps;
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Expérience préalable en acquisition de talents, en ressources humaine ou en développement organisationnel, un atout majeur;
- Expérience préalable en gestion de projet, un atout majeur.
