**Responsibilities**:

- Le directeur(trice) des comptes majeurs sera responsable de la gestion des besoins de nos clients en matière de MRO, de sécurité et de manutention. Ce faisant, TENAQUIP est reconnue comme un partenaire qui contribue à aider ses clients à améliorer leur productivité et à réaliser des économies sur le coût global.

- Gérer un groupe de comptes majeurs (dans une zone géographique)
- Développer une relation « à tous les niveaux » au sein des comptes majeurs
- Explorer les occasions pour de nouveaux comptes
- Utiliser les programmes de solutions de vente de TENAQUIP pour développer davantage les comptes majeurs existants
- Produire des rapports hebdomadaires de visites et des rapports mensuels de dépenses
- Accroître la connaissance de produits et les compétences de vente
- Réaliser une croissance annuelle des objectifs de vente

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing our customers with their MRO, Safety and Material Handling needs. In doing so TENAQUIP becomes recognized as a contributing partner in helping our customers improve productivity and achieve overall cost saving. The KAM will also be responsible for:

- Manage a group of Key Accounts (in a geographic area)
- Develop a relationship at "all levels" within the Key Accounts
- Prospect for new account opportunity
- Utilize TENAQUIP's solution selling programs to further develop existing Key Accounts
- Produce weekly call reports & monthly expense reports
- Grow product knowledge and sales skill ability
- Achieve annual sales growth targets

**Qualifications**:

- Un diplôme universitaire ou d’études collégiales dans le domaine des affaires est préféré
- Excellente capacité à bâtir des relations d’affaires et excellentes compétences en communication
- Excellentes compétences en présentation
- Excellentes habilités à s’organiser
- Excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps
- Dois posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule fiable

- University degree or college diploma in the Business field preferred
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

**Work Experience**:
