**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain operating procedures dedicated to intellectual property.
- Oversee registration, protection, and maintenance of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Conduct extensive IP analysis, focusing on infringement risks, licensing opportunities, and third
- party monitoring.
- Collaborate with various teams to provide IP guidance supporting product development, marketing, and branding.
- Stay updated on IP laws, regulations, and best practices, ensuring strategic advantage and compliance.
- Handle IP litigation, dispute resolution, and partner relations.
- Develop IP training and awareness programs.
- Maintain precise records of IP assets and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in intellectual property, with evidence of managing a portfolio of over 100 inventions.
- Proven record of accomplishment in IP valuation, vigilance programs by research domain, and support in IP valorization.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable innovation in all science fields.
- Fluency in English, with practical knowledge of French (reading and evaluating French documents is necessary on a day-to-day basis).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
