The Multi-Service Centre (MSC) is a non-profit organization serving the tri-counties area of Oxford, Elgin and Norfolk and focusing on delivering essential services to our community. Staff and management provide high quality, client driven care programs including Adult Literacy & Essential Skills, Employment Programs and Home Support services

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys seeing the positive impact of their work within their community. As a Job Developer you will be part of a diverse and forward-thinking Employment Services (ES) team who provides exceptional employment services to the tri-counties area of Oxford, Elgin, and Norfolk

**As a Retention Administrator at the MSC you will**:

- Conduct follow up contacts with clients by phone.
- Make requests for proof of Employment on scheduled time frame.
- Identify any job concerns with clients and bring forward to Job Developers to determine solutions
- Ensure that all requested employment verification documents are received and processed accurately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Provide occasional backup for other team roles.
- Other duties as assigned and attend related community meetings and events.
- Respect and protect the rights of clients, including but not limited to their right to independence, autonomy, and self-determination; their right to choose and practice individual values, beliefs, religion, and culture; their right to privacy and dignity; and their right to live free from retaliation, discrimination, and abuse.
- Other duties as assigned or as the position evolves.

**What you bring**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related education
- 2 years’ experience in administrative and customer service related roles
- Experience with programs and services provided by Employment Services and surrounding community is an asset.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication abilities, with a valuable background in sales
