Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for aHuman Resource Generalist in our Tillsonburg, OntarioStamping Facility. The Human Resource Generalistwill provide support and assistance with the day-to-day management of key human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:

Assist in daily human resources operations and employee communications. Consult with management and provide guidance as it aligns with ESA standards, provincial, and federal employment legislation. Work collaboratively with the Human Resources Business Partner to track and analyze human resources trends and metrics.  Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities. Support the Human Resources Department in resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing complaints and concerns. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Support the full cycle recruitment process via HRIS systems. Support the time tracking and payroll process Assist in daily management of the HRIS System. Identify training needs within each department. Suggest and support in the implementation of new human resources strategies. Support with human resources related administrative duties as deemed necessary. All other duties as required. Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to: Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources, and the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent 3 years of progressive work experience in a human resources capacity 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent people management skills Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Thorough knowledge of provincial and federal employment legislation Experience with full-cycle recruitment Logical decision-making skills Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and follow-up skills Demonstrable time management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications :

CHRP or CHRL an asset Knowledge of Bamboo HR, WorkDay, Workforce Now systems
