Marketing Manager

Our in-house expertise in design, pattern making, and têxtile sourcing, allows us to create highly technical and fashionable outerwear - and more. Our unique capabilities, combined with our network of local manufacturing partners allow us to offer white glove service solutions for various partners needing customized, technical garments.
This role is a full-time, in-person role, that will report from Wuxly’s office/warehouse location at 1680 Courtneypark Drive East, in Mississauga.
**What You’ll Get Up To**:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster professional development and marketing initiatives support the overall strategic objectives of the business
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the plant-based outerwear market
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, utilizing key metrics and analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness
- Act as a highly collaborative contributor and business partner, with a focus on providing high quality work, on deadline
- Maintain strong, positive working relationships with all Wuxly business units and stakeholders, engaging them through the design process with brainstorming, creative briefs, options, and mock-ups to assist in achieving their desired results
- Support the planning and execution (attend in person) 5-10 B2B global tradeshows per year
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Support the various Wuxly business unit initiatives as required
**Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For**:
- Humble, Hungry, Hardworking
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Team-first mindset
- 5-10 years in marketing management roles within the fashion or apparel industry, preferably with a focus on plant based or ethical fashion brands
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve goals and deliver results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid drivers licence with consistent access to a vehicle
