The Host is the first person our guests see when visiting our restaurants and, as we all know, you never get a second chance to make a first impression The Host is also the last person our guests see when leaving the restaurant, so it’s up to the Host to leave a lasting impression as well.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Make a great first impression Greet and welcome our guests to Shoeless Joe’s
- Communicate and market current/upcoming events and promotions with enthusiasm.
- Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
- Project positive body language; consistently upbeat, courteous and outgoing with guests
- Ability to manage wait list effectively
- Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
- Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
- Company and Legislative compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.60-$16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
