**Status**:1 year contract

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**:Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellness

**Campus/Location**: North Campus but currently operating in a hybrid arrangement

**Salary**: NFT Payband 5: Min ($71,973) - Max ($107,961)

**What you will do**:
Under the direction of the Associate Dean CPL, the Operations Manager provides overall administration, development, and support services delivery to the CPL Department within the Faculty of Health Sciences & Wellness in an efficient and timely manner. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: human resources activities (supervision and management of staff), co-ordination and management of IT responsibilities within department (Banner, Destiny One), responsible for work integrated system operations/requirements; program & course management including website/marketing, co-ordination of procurement processes of materials required to support the Office functions; management of customer service.

**Education**

Three (3) year college diploma in nursing, health administration, business management and/or related field

**Experience & Skills**

A minimum of 5 years working experience
- Incumbent would manage ways to improve day-to-day operations for staff & learners
- Provide clear instruction on departmental processes
- Interact with various other departments to ensure smooth workflow, high quality programming and customer service
