Job Title: Head of Operations

Location: Toronto, Ontario

**Job Description**:
Key Qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in various roles such as sales, people management, and operations.
- Demonstrated ability to envision and understand the big picture, coupled with a relentless mindset to achieve new heights for the organization.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Experience in project management and a track record of successfully overseeing complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on long-term sustainability and growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills to handle internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with modern technology tools and software used for operations management and reporting.
- Experience in scaling operations in a rapidly growing organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and drive cost efficiencies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
