Ensuring high quality work with great customer service is provided to each and every one of our customers.

Duties include:

- Greeting customers as they walk in or call in over the phone and identifying what services they require.
- Requesting and downloading insurance claims
- Scheduling assessment and repair appointments
- Booking courtesy vehicles
- Maintaining and updating customers
- Communicating with Insurance providers
- Collecting payments
- Recording expected towing requests
- Building the best overall customer experience

Experience/Skills:

- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Organized
- Experience in the Automotive Industry
- Problem solving and resolution

Ability to use Mitchell Connect and Repair Center would be considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Automotive Industry: 2 years (preferred)
- Body Shop: 1 year (required)
