**We are looking for a Body Shop Admin to join the Gauthier family**

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**Main Duties**
- Finalizing and submitting insurance claims
- Creating repair orders
- Balancing and closing repair orders
- Preparing department payroll

**Alternate Duties**
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Receiving customers
- Delivering vehicles and collecting payment
- Booking rental vehicles
- Various other duties necessary to maintain organization and efficiency of the office
