Toronto, Canada Chef Luciano Schipano LTD. Full time

Assisting Sales and Catering Managers, making follow-up phone calls, creating files for accounts, creating banquet event orders for events, detailing events, making contact with clients, diffusing any problems handling all phone and internet inquiries, and making sure they went to the appropriate manager.
- Create banquet event orders with event details. Create Proposals/Contracts for potential clients.
- Type correspondence, memos, meeting minutes.
- Making schedule and staff payroll.
- Create signage, readerboard and advertisement flyers for events. Update and Redesign Menus.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.40 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
