**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with and aid end users to ensure smooth onboarding on our software platform;
- Assist customers and provide operational and end user support;
- Coordinate with software development team and assist end users and stakeholders to determine and implement required software improvement;
- Collaborate with developers and vendors to align core software development with end-user needs and ensure achievement of all business objectives;
- Coordinate with departments and prepare technical reports, training materials and documentation for end users.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent experience;
- Great inter
- and multidisciplinary skills: ability to understand and consider information from various fields during development;
- Proven ability to handle many projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines;
- Experience interfacing with clients (sales, support, etc.) and managing projects;
- Coding experience and interest for software-based technology;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Demonstrates resourcefulness, creativity, initiative, perseverance, and adaptability;
- CAD software, 3D printing, biomechanics and algorithms knowledge are assets.
