An existing practice is an asset but not necessary.

Experience with social media management and development is also an asset but not necessary.

We have two small office dogs, one hypoallergenic and one not, so you must either love or be able to tolerate dogs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Prepare legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in British Columbia
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
