Clearview Consumers Co-op Ltd. is hiring a Full Time **Accounts Receivable **at our Head Office in **Steinbach, Manitoba**.

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Controller, you will provide support to general accounting activities through the maintenance of Accounts Receivables duties.

Some of the main duties of the job include:

- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Maintain the billing system, generate account statements, and process customer payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable on a continuous basis and enforce adherence policy.
- Perform collection calls and communication on an ongoing basis.
- Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries and report any errors or variances to Controller.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

**What you possess**:

- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent computer skills, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- 1 - 3 years of accounting experience.
- Accounting related education is an asset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
