**Student Material Handlers**

Home Hardware is currently seeking Student Material Handlers for our Debert Dealer Support Centre on the afternoon shift.

Reporting to the **Shift Manager** you will be responsible for helping to maintain service levels to Home Hardware Dealers.

**Shift Available**:
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm

(Must be available to work Full Time hours beginning Monday, May 6th)

**What **y**ou’ll** d**o**:

- Pick dealer orders in a neat and accurate manner.
- Ensure the proper packing and labeling of each dealer order.
- Keep sections clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to complete all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the shift such as put away, receiving and shipping.

**What **w**e’re **l**ooking **f**or**:

- Good attendance record is a requirement.
- A significant output of physical effort is required through lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, etc. The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without difficulty on a consistent basis is needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery or a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrate high-quality accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliable team player and work ethic.
- Ability to work Public Holidays and Saturdays when required
