Home Hardware is currently seeking Student Material Handlers for our Debert Dealer Support Centre on the afternoon shift.

Reporting to the Shift Manageryou will be responsible for helping to maintain service levels to Home Hardware Dealers.

Shift Available:

Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm

(Must be available to work Full Time hours beginning Monday, May 6th)

What you’ll do:

Pick dealer orders in a neat and accurate manner. Ensure the proper packing and labeling of each dealer order. Keep sections clean and organized. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to complete all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the shift such as put away, receiving and shipping.

What we’re looking for:

Good attendance record is a requirement. A significant output of physical effort is required through lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, etc.The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds without difficulty on a consistent basis is needed. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to operate warehouse machinery or a willingness to learn. Demonstrate high-quality accuracy and attention to detail. Positive attitude, reliable team player and work ethic. Ability to work Public Holidays and Saturdays when required
