**Qualifications**:
**What you bring**:

- Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline
- Two years of relevant experience required
- Astute understanding of LHSC’s organizational structure to address student relations issues and monitor requirements effectively and efficiently
- Content expert regarding Western Education Affiliation Agreement, SWOSPA (Southwestern Ontario Student Placement Agreement) and other relevant policies/agreements
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and group facilitation skills
- Effectively assesses and manages risk, and measures/evaluates results
- Advanced ability to create curriculum content and lead education sessions geared toward various levels within the organization
- Highly developed critical thinking skills and ability to conceptualize, analyze and solve problems with strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to patient and staff safety at LHSC
- Demonstrated practice and commitment to LHSC’s Mission, Vision and Values
- Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis

**Immunization Requirements**:

- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, Tetanus/ Diphtheria/Polio; Meningitis.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing (two step) and COVID vaccine series.
