KEYHOLDER

Chillin' Buds is a new and exciting Cannabis Retailer. Our goals include delivering exceptional customer service amongst our passionate team of Buds as well as building a sense of community amongst our valued customers.

**ROLE OF KEYHOLDER**

The Keyholder will adhere to all Chillin’ Buds Cannabis policies and procedures, as well as government regulations, while keeping up to date and adapting, when necessary, to any changes in the law, policy or industry practices.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively operates a Cannabis POS system (previous experience with POS systems is a plus)
- Educate customers by providing information about products and the safe use of cannabis
- Aid customers with the use of ordering tablets and in the selection of products
- Help to support and create an enjoyable and inviting work environment
- Assist the store management with the Recruitment process
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the store in accordance with Chillin’ Buds’ business hours
- Assist with the education of employees on cannabis regulations and policies while ensuring compliance
- Keeps accurate documentation for all store paperwork and in an organized manner
- Perform daily store functions

**Qualifications**
- Minimum requirement : Successful Completion of High School - Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service within a retail position (supervisory experience is an asset)
- Knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products is an asset
- Ability to pass a background check and criminal record check
- Intermediate to advanced computing skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred
- Superior written, oral, interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must be 19 years of age or older, Valid Ontario Drivers Licence

**Working Conditions**
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to be flexible with working hours
- Physical ability to use computers and peripherals is necessary.

**Physical Conditions**
- Physical ability and health will be necessary in order to perform physical labor tasks required for the proper management and up-keep of the store
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing for duration of shift, walking, bending, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Retention bonus
