Dunpar Homes is a Real Estate Development Company Building Low-Rise, Mid-Rise, High-Rise and Commercial Projects in the Greater Toronto Area. For over thirty-five years, Dunpar Homes has established itself as a premier builder of thoughtfully designed and architecturally unique homes and communities across the Greater Toronto Area. Dunpar’s special niche is in building luxury townhomes of character and distinction, starting in Etobicoke and now extending to Mississauga and Vaughan.

**Position Summary**

**Position Responsibilities, Skills & Experience**
- PDI preparation.
- 30-day, 1-year and 2-year inspections with homeowners.
- Knowledge of Tarion CPG is highly beneficial.
- Completion of all home repairs including:
oDrywall repairs
- Trim works
- Painting
- Floor repairs
- Ceiling repairs
- Be Knowledgeable with heating, plumbing & electrical systems.
- Be articulate in English and have a professional demeanor.
- Be able to use a variety of hand and power tools (drills, nail guns, saws, etc.).
- Ensure site cleanliness and the compliance of all health and safety requirements.
- Loading and unloading construction materials and moving them to different work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
