**Job Posting: Assistant to the CEO of a Healthcare Company**

**Location**: Hybrid (mostly remote but with occasional in-person meetings and errands in Toronto and/or Hamilton)**Type**: Part-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Professional Support**:

- **Role Development**: Collaborate with the CEO to define and document new roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule virtual meetings, and handle correspondence efficiently.
- **Research and Reporting**: Conduct research on healthcare policies, licensing requirements, or industry trends and summarize findings.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, edit, and organize key documents for professional initiatives.

**Personal Support**:

- Manage property-related administrative tasks, including liaising with external stakeholders and service providers.
- Handle routine paperwork, claims, and follow-up processes for personal projects and household matters.
- Assist with travel planning, including booking accommodations and transportation for upcoming events.
- Research cost-effective solutions for personal purchases or services as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **2+ years** of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and handle both professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
