We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented person to work as a Clinic Administrator and be a part of the dynamic Alphawest Health Care team.

Location: Newton, Surrey ( BC)

Type of Employment: Casual, Part-Time, and Full time, 25-40 hours, Monday to Saturday.

**Salary**: $ 18/hr - $22/hr

Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting & registering patients in a welcoming manner.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting patients to complete paperwork at the clinic to avoid errors and ensure the correct information intake.
- Track coverage and ensure timely approval from funding streams, patient billing, invoicing & payments.
- Opening & closing procedures, and general administrative support.
- Provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
- Managing patient accounts by maintaining, updating and recording personal and financial information with an ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinating and communicating with the clinic manager to help run the clinic smoothly, maintain and improve service qualities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sensitization of the reception area and examination rooms, flexible to assist in all areas within the clinic.

**Skills**:

- Outstanding communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language (Bilingual with an additional command on Hindi/Urdu/Punjabi language is preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong computer skills and previous experience/ability to learn Jane app.
- Previous experience in a health care clinic is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Experience in a Physiotherapy clinic an asset
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
