**Your Role at Baxter**

The Bilingual Project Manager is responsible for driving efficiencies and timeline targets relating to a variety of projects across the Commercial Business Units. This includes but is not limited to capital product implementations, new product launches and targeted commercial projects established by the Senior Leadership Team. Successful performance will require effective leadership and engagement of Baxter and customer stakeholders ensuring the adherence to prescribed resource limitations, scheduling and budgets and will be in accordance with customer requirements and global business standards.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant partners
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion
- Manage changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Ensure project documents are complete and up to date and help to identify and resolve issues within project teams
- Proactively identify potential project detractors and lead the development of contingency planning to minimize Baxter exposure and risk to project completion
- Attend conferences and training as the need arises to maintain proficiency
- Contribute time and experience to Global efforts in the development of new products and processes

**What you'll Bring**
- Bilingual - fluent in French & English
- College Diploma or University Degree
- Project Management courses - PMP certification or CAPM a definite asset
- 3+ years leading projects made up of cross-functional collaborators
- Proven experience working in project management, in a customer facing capacity
- Experience of implementations in a healthcare setting
- Experience working with JDE ERP system
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate others and drive deadlines
- Intimate knowledge of Canadian healthcare environment
- Willingness to travel 20% of time

**Nice to have**
- Experience leading projects using Agile methodology
- Project management experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Experience working with Salesforce, Visio, or other project management software
