Currently we are adding a part-time **Lead Educator** to our team to embody our culture & values in-store at our **FIKA St. Thomas shop **located at **1063 Talbot Street, St. Thomas, ON**. FIKA's Lead role is the heart of our guest service culture and the foundation of our success as an organization.

- Contributing to the best-in-industry guest experience and then making it even better.

- Fostering & contributing to a culture of social learning within the FIKA Family as well as with our guests, sharing your knowledge with other colleagues to elevate the level of education on the floor every day.

- Have a minimum one-years’ experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Experience working with premium brands, new store openings, and/or flagship experience is an asset.
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
- Are self-motivated and have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Possessing knowledge of cannabis is an asset; enthusiasm is a must.
- Able to complete the AGCO CannSell program & successfully complete all required background checks.
- Have flexibility with their scheduling; schedules will include a combination of shift time, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Able to leverage technology, skilled in POS & Social Media.
- Are comfortable with the physical, mental and visual demands of the role which include the ability to work with the public, responsiveness to a culture of accountability and goal orientation, and self-motivation. This position involves constant movement around the store, can include long periods of standing and may occasionally involve kneeling, crouching and reaching. Must be physically able to safely lift items, up to and including 20lbs.
