**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The Scheduling Manager is responsible for the management of chick orders, egg projections and providing customer service to producers. Ensures the completion of the required task each day following hatchery protocols and standard operating procedures. This role will communicate with internal and external customers, partners and Organizations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Ensures Accurate input of scheduling, data and outgoing chick orders, Confirmations, chicks/floor splits, completions of data in OBHECC etc.
- Managing Egg inventory
- TRQ management/ordering
- Hatch analyses, to predict yield of chicks
- Flock analyses, monitor 7 day mortality
- Preparing sets accurately
- Manage sale of surplus chicks
- Report to General Manager sales and egg supplies
- Producer Customer Service
- Order and maintain Vaccine inventory
- Month end inventory
- Monitor and implement process for disease control and zones
- Review chick shortages and recommend credits
- Collect flock data from Producers
- Communicate with industry partners

Other duties as assigned by General Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
