Risk Manager

**Duties**:

- Contribute to Quality Assurance of Mortgage Applications
- Responsible for creating reports and metrics related to Mortgage and Lead Analytics
- Analyze information, data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to policies and procedures
- Prepare reports, guidelines and presentations for various stakeholders including regulators, board and various committees
- Very proficient in Advanced Excel including Macros, VB programming and advanced functions
- Keen to pursue a career in Risk and allied functions
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies
- Identify potential risks and assess their impact on the organization
- Conduct risk assessments and create risk mitigation plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in risk management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
