**Position Overview**

Tamlin International Homes is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Home Division as a Technical Sales Representative located in Coquitlam, BC on a full-time basis.

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Respond to sales inquiries virtually and or in-person
- Understand and administer house package communication
- Pursue inquiries and develop network of contacts through prospective customers
- Collaborate with design and estimation departments on refining final product
- Administer full sales cycle from start to finish - coordination, stage of design, planning, budgeting, contract, closing of sale and follow-up.
- Prepare sales action plans, sales proposals, and sales strategies and meeting sales targets
- Performing other sales-related activities such as participating in weekly marketing meetings and contributing to newsletters
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs; recommend and implement changes based on findings.
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge/Experience**
- North American experience in residential or commercial construction, design, and/or project management, with 2 or more years of sales experience, and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Demonstrable history of client satisfaction and thrive on face-to-face and one-on-one client communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- The ability to read and interpret architectural plans and AutoCAD is an asset.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form,
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative, patient, and meticulous, with a willingness and drive for continuous learning.

We offer a comprehensive compensation plan including a competitive salary plus commission and benefit package consisting of Health, Dental, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, AD&D, Health Navigator, and Employee Assistance Program.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
