The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of maintenance activities within the Central CFT (Terminal locations Toronto-Metro, Oakville, London, and Thunder Bay), and to provide oversight/sustainment to the implementation of contractor management at the terminals.

Minimum Requirements:

- Five-Eight years of maintenance and/or operations leadership experience
- A Post-secondary degree in engineering or a mechanical or electrical trade certification
- Knowledge of work order life cycle, including maintenance and planning activities to support planning, scheduling and supervision in a fast pace environment
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Exceptionally strong collaboration and communication skills that enables you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups

**Responsibilities**:

- As a member of the Cross Functional team, collaborate closely on priorities and requirements to ensure asset availability through scheduled stewardship and compliance
- Understand work notifications for your Terminals and provide feedback to the CFT regarding work-order screening, priority, requirements, risks and impacts
- Support planning and scheduling with schedule compliance by ensuring accountability of execution, and closure
- Monitor all maintenance activities, and provide input to break-in and planned maintenance, and ensure CFT understands impacts
- Synchronize project work with maintenance schedule requirements by working closely with the project teams
- Use your deep understanding to review processes for continuous improvement opportunities and strive to implement changes that improve the business
- Understand OEMS 10 - Contractor Management process' and follow it

Location and other key details:

- You will be located at 3275 Rebecca ST, Oakville ON L6L6N5 at our Oakville Terminal
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- You are responsible for overseeing an operating plant in an outdoor, all-weather industrial facility and will be expected to inspect the outdoor facilities regularly while wearing full personal protective equipment
- You are expected to resolve issues 24/7, and operational needs or emergencies may require you to travel to the terminal site in a timely manner outside of normal business hours
- You will occasionally travel to our Central CFT locations, 10-20% travel could be required
