En étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Avantages sociaux et avec nos actuaires, l’Analyste avantages sociaux procède en temps et avec exactitude l’ensemble des activités reliées à l’administration des régimes de retraites gérés par l’employeur incluant le 401(k), participe à l’implantation et à l’harmonisation de programmes d’avantages sociaux et recommande des changements visant l’optimisation des processus administratifs globaux liés aux avantages sociaux (administration, paie, support aux employés).

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Comprends et procède les activités reliées à l’administration des régimes de retraite de tous les employés cadres et de quelques groupes d’employés syndiqués (calculs individuels lors d’événements, mouvement des participants, facteurs d’équivalence, déclarations annuelles de renseignements aux diverses autorités législatives, facturation, validations diverses dont les relevés personnalisés annuels, etc.);
- Recommande à l’équipe du Centre de Services aux Employés des changements à leurs processus et méthodes reliés aux avantages sociaux afin de les optimiser.
- Participe à l’audit des états financiers des régimes de retraite;
- Vérifie l'exactitude des données Workday sur les avantages sociaux et la paie et les données sur les régimes d'avantages sociaux et de retraite;
- Participe à la mise en oeuvre des programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés (ex. : conformité aux nouvelles lois, intégration, conversion, etc.);
- Agit à titre de ressource auprès des employés, des gestionnaires, du secteur partenariat d’affaire du capital humain et du centre de services aux employés;
- Supporte la coordination des activités des divers comités de retraite et au comité de surveillance pour le régime CD;
- Peut participer à tout projet de l’équipe avantages sociaux.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration, actuariat ou toute autre discipline connexe;
- Expérience pertinente de minimum 1 an;
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Word et Excel;
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Expérience dans la gestion des activités reliés aux régimes de retraite de type accumulation de capital et à prestations déterminées ainsi que dans la gestion des régimes d’assurance collective et processus paie sont considérés comme un atout;
- Expérience avec Workday, un atout.
