About The Role:
The Inside Sales Training Solutions Specialist is charged with expanding the BSI training portfolio within new and existing accounts, developing sales opportunities for new accounts, and prospecting for new sales opportunities in support of meeting training sales objectives. The position will be provided leads to prospect, but will additionally be expected to identify other prospective customers.
Inside Sales Training Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:
Follow up inquiries for training from prospective clients
Register public training registrants into LMS
Track public training signups for training director
Provide onsite training quotations to clients
Meeting individual assigned territory revenue budget annual/monthly
Staying within assigned expenditure budget
Meet sales and revenue performance targets and individual KPI's for territory as agreed upon leads, quotations, etc
Education/Qualifications:
Associate degree, preferred
Sales & Marketing experience
Customer service experience
Good telephone and communication skills
Dealing with customer objections
Self-starter, positive attitude
