Burlington, Canada TCR Machining Ltd. Full time

TCR Machining Ltd. is a quality focused company looking to hire a hands-on individual to join our team. This position will make for a good and stable job for the right person, as well as open doors to future opportunities within the company. With on-the-job training, specific skills are not needed, however previous assembly experience is highly beneficial.

**Job Details**:

- Full-time (Permanent)
- Salary: $19 - $20 / hour
- Medical and dental benefits included after 3 months probation period
- Working hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

**Assembler Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Produce complete assemblies as well as subassemblies
- Use fixtures, hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
- Follow established standardized operating procedures
- Verify specifications by inspecting completed assemblies
- Recognize when there is a problem and inform supervisor
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Assembler Skills/Qualifications**:

- Work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Maintain a quality focused attitude
- Ability to occasionally to lift up to 50 lb.
- Capable of performing repetitive work
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
