TCR Machining manufactures and assembles a premium product line of copper wire recycling machines. We are a quality focused and fast-growing company looking to find hands-on and motivated individuals to join our team. Working for us will provide a good and stable job for the right person. With on-the-job training, specific skills are not needed, however a positive and work oriented attitude is essential.
**Job Details**:
- Job: Assemble the StripMeister Original Wire Stripping Machine. See link below:
- Salary: $19 - $20 / hour
- Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm Full-time permanent day shift
- Overtime: If required
- Benefits: Medical and dental included after 3 months probation period
- Work Location: In person
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Produce sub assemblies and complete assemblies for the StripMeister Original
- Use fixtures, hand tools and power tools to assemble parts
- Follow established standardized operating procedures
- Verify quality by inspecting completed assemblies
- Recognize when there is a problem and inform supervisor
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- Capable of performing repetitive work
- Ability to maintain a high level of quality
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent communication in English
- High school diploma
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
