**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management to ascertain specific requirements for the conversion of spaces into insect rearing chambers.
- Execute electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance of all systems and equipment.
- Undertake comprehensive building renovations, encompassing carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and general repair work as necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, repairs, and renovation projects undertaken.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies essential for renovation tasks.
- Responsible for managing HVAC systems and ensuring optimal temperature and humidity levels

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in maintenance, electrical systems, or building renovation.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations related to electrical and construction work.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
- Experience within agricultural or entomological settings is advantageous.
