We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Administrative/Project Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating administrative tasks and supporting project management initiatives to ensure the smooth execution of our environmental solutions and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling: Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and project deadlines efficiently to optimize team productivity.
- Invoicing: Assist in generating and processing client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing procedures.
- Account Status: Keep track of client accounts, update account information, and handle related documentation.
- Quoting and Estimating: Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare project quotes and estimates for clients.
- Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Analyze client problems and collaborate with teams to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in organizing project-related documentation, data management, and progress tracking.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files, contracts, and relevant paperwork.
- Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative or Project Coordinator, preferably in the environmental or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Knowledge of environmental practices and regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
