**SUMMARY**

Our Sales Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the Sales team and revenue growth objectives. This role will strategically develop partnerships and sales in North America with international crossover, while supporting sales at the unit level to achieve company's sales goals. The Sales Coordinator will support the growth of the business in the Canadian, US, & International Markets for the retail and foodservice teams.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for Canadian, US and International Samples
- Sample Inventory and ensuring samples are of high quality and arrive on time
- Maintain accuracy and lists of all products, list of food service distributors and lists of upcoming appointments, meetings and shows for Sales team
- Maintain files for new item grids and supporting R&D projects at bi-weekly meetings
- Responsible for new customer set up and new item set up for: foodservice and document keeper
- Maintain Coupon Distribution; maintain coupon tracker
- Attend R&D and Marketing meetings
- Responsible for communicating weekly priority accounts to operations and logistics
- Act as liaison between sales and all departments
- Work closely in conjunction with US based Sales Coordinator to ensure all sales needs and requests are being met
- Provide additional support and other duties to the Sales team as required

***EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' experience in sales or related role

**RELATED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES**
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player but able to work autonomously
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong persuasive writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of sales forecasting, profit margins and budgeting
- Comfortable cooking and presenting in front of culinary personnel
- Ability to grow sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
