**About the role**

CCI Learning has a work from home structure, we do have a Head Quarters office in Langley, British Columbia that you can use in case you live close by. However most of us live in different latitudes and we communicate virtually. We are a fairly small company with a lot of heart and talking to large Academic and Government customers and top of the line Software Developers in the world.

This is a half hunt half farm role where commissions are granted for existing customer renewals but encourage and measured in finding new opportunities and expanding our current customer and product bases.

Some travel is required but only a couple times a year, this is to visit customers/prospects in your territory and attend shows/expos/conferences related to the job and the industry.

Fluency in French is a huge advantage as potentially this could expand more into the francophone territories.

OTE first year around $60K second year $70-80K.

**Responsibilities**

The main role of the Canada West Account Manager is to achieve territory revenue targets by driving new business of target market product sales. The CWAM will focus on developing new business, in addition to acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele. They will be responsible for meeting monthly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Duties**

The primary duties for this position are as follows:

- Exceed annual revenue targets by closing business
- Work in conjunction with Sales team to grow the business in Canada
- Develop and present customer proposals
- Regular virtual video calls for presentations to prospects and customers
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services
- Update and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Keep accurate records and record all activity in a CRM system
- Resolve and prevent customer complaints

**Requirements**:

- **Perfect **English and French communication in English and French, our customers are academic educators, so proficiency of language is expected.
- At least 4 years of Account Management experience
- Bachelor of Arts in Business or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- French Language Proficiency preferred
- B2B experience of minimum 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
