Management of the sales team :
Manage independent sales representatives in the region by coaching, motivating, developing, and training them on our sales process and products
Build a talented sales team in the region

Constantly motivate and drive the performance of the sales team through weekly sales meetings and monthly review meetings, demonstrating strong leadership
Develop and implement sales plans to ensure sales targets and revenues are met by independent sales representatives
Sales strategy, market, and customer development :
Develop territories by identifying and evaluating sales opportunities, potential contracts, shows, and customer prospects, as well as hiring and evaluating representatives
Work closely with the Director of Sales on Umano Medical's sales lines, strategies, vision for growth in the US market.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to apply our sales strategies and establish winning tactics for each of our products, ensuring consistency and customer loyalty
Position Umano Medical products against competitors to maximize added value for our customers
Share market needs with the VP of Sales to align with product innovation and added value, thus increasing target sales growth
Manage internal and external resources (inside sales, MSI, Umano Medical marketing, GPO, etc.) effectively to maximize the efficiency of our sales efforts
Negotiate favorable commercial agreements in line with the company's objectives
Life at Umano Medical
BAC in marketing, health care administration or relevant training
Minimum 5 years of experience as sales management in the medical field with independent and direct sales team
Minimum of 5 Years Capital Healthcare Equipment Sales
Knowledge of the Office suite – asset
ISO and FDA standards – asset
CRM knowledge – asset
