**At Goldenfield Brewery, you're not just an employee; you're family.** We're looking for a talented bartender with experience in the craft beer industry to join our growing team and help us create memorable experiences for our guests.

**This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule of 4 days per week.** The specific days and hours will vary depending on our needs and events, but we can accommodate some availability preferences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience in our brewery and event space.
- Manage all aspects of the bar, from greeting customers and taking drink orders to preparing and serving a wide variety of beers efficiently and consistently, following our company's specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and perform accurate drink calculations.
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Manage deliveries from platforms like Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
- Complete opening and closing shift duties.
- Stocking the fridge

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience in the craft beer industry is a strong plus.** Experience working in a brewery or brewpub is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of different beers and the ability to recommend selections based on customer preferences.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and co-workers.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions are essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper drink handling procedures is a must.
- Smart Serve Certification is a must
