**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barback / Bartender (dual role) to join our team. As a Barback / Bartender, you will be responsible for supporting the Bartender / Servers and ensuring they have teh tools neeed to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

**Duties**:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Cleaning bar and table surfaces throughout the shift & at the end
- Wiping down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
- During shift, removing and disposing of bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
- During shift, Removing used glassware and other utensils from customers' table
- During shift Clean and re-stock bathrooms to ensure the space is ready for guests
- Help tear down special events décor
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours.
- Prepare / Refill garnishes, refill ice wells, Restock beer, and restock napkins and straws.
- Clean up the spills, remove the glassware and organize the counter.
- Coordinate with managers, kitchen staff and security personnel to ensure efficient service to customers.
- Handle emergency situations, like cleaning up broken glasses and clearing up clogged drains
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails according to established recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and smooth operation of the bar

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Some knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week
