Be Wise Academy provides business training and helps entrepreneurs access grants; Encompass Online Marketing provides high impact, low cost marketing services; Save Locale provides integrated print and digital marketing services; Pro Surfaces supplies and installs Flexstone, an epoxy finish for cement; Pro Rubber supplies and installs rubber paving; Pro Lighting supplies and installs permanent residential lighting; PRO Awnings supplies and installs awning products; PRO blinds supplies and installs blinds.

**Job description**

We're looking for driven and self-motivated individuals with a positive outlook and strong work ethic for direct sales positions. No experience is required, however this position will require grit - that's resilience, the ability to keep working towards an objective that is challenging despite failure and rejection. It requires self-control to focus on the big picture and stay the course. **Applicants must currently live in or within 1/2 hour of Regina to qualify.**

Sales representatives start as appointment setters while learning their company and building their scripts, and will be given the opportunity and training to become a business advisor once they have reached specific milestones and may happen more quickly for some depending on experience and aptitude.

**Compensation**

Compensation is literally unlimited. We will never cap commissions - the higher your sales, the higher your commission rate. Bonuses are earned based on quarterly sales results.

There are 2 compensation models to choose from

1) An hourly salary of $15/hour plus the opportunity to earn a bonus based on leads and sales generated.

2) Pure commission on sales (recommended for more experienced sales reps only)
