**Job Title**

Group New Business Bilingual Contract Representative
- Critically read and analyze incoming backup to create client facing documents that reflect the clients’ wishes
- Create new Group Policy Contracts and Employee Booklets, plus generate any Amendments or Extra Contractual Letters required
- Input plan design details into the GBS Vantage system
- Collaborate with internal partners and team members to ensure work is completed within SLAs
- Manage high volumes and be able to prioritize and reprioritize assigned tasks
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Support the Group New Business Ops team with any other associated tasks, as required
