**This is a full-time, permanent position based out of Calgary, AB. The role is hybrid, working in the office 1 day per week.**

**What would you be doing?**

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Sourcing top talent through headhunting

**Recruitment Process Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process
- Facilitate the background check and offer stage process
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives

**Collaboration and Relationship Building**:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their current and forecasted recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill the roles
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of departmental requirements and objectives
- Network with industry professionals and keep abreast of developments in talent acquisition

- Demonstrate resilience in managing the pressures associated with tight deadlines and concurrent priorities.
- Exhibit adaptability to consistently deliver optimal performance, especially when navigating challenging situations with a quick turnaround.
- Can demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with many diverse types of hiring managers.
- Possess and leverage robust negotiation skills to effectively navigate and secure mutually beneficial agreements throughout the recruitment process.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation.
