Our **Chiropody Coordinator** position provides coordination and intermediate point-of-contact regarding Chiropody services, events, and clinic flow procedures between health care providers, patients, and clinic team members across all LMC Chiropody clinics.

This full-time position (5 days per week) will be in one of our GTA clinic locations. Each day will be 7.5 hours and the hours will vary from 8am to 6pm depending on the weekday and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. These hours coincide with patient scheduling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Admin Roles similar to those of a Regional Chiropody Assistant
- Handle incoming patient calls
- Scheduling of patients
- Gathering data manually and via data analyst
- Ordering and shipping of tools
- Coordinating repair persons
- Ordering supplies
- Templating of schedules
- Pricing updates
- Communication to Chiropodists
- Marketing for LMC Chiropody
- Ordering and mailing of marketing materials
- 60 second risk assessments
- Care calls
- Training Sessions with LMC team members
- Create and host in-person and virtual training sessions when onboarding new team members into the Chiropody department
- Miscellaneous Projects as needed
- Receive new and irregular projects/tasks pertinent to the Chiropody program
