Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Agency Relations Manager. As an Agency Relations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the onboarding, training and relationship development with our network agencies. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the agency's client base
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Provide training and guidance to agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry regulations
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in public speaking, presenting information effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$67,500.00 per hour

- Driving Licence (required)
